    The most humbling lesson I learned in the home-buying process was that making the offer was the fun part and the closing period was the hard one as lenders, insurance, and moving comes into play. Cullinan has great partners to work with in all those areas if needed but they also work smoothly and communicate frequently with other companies you may choose independently, as I did. In any case, they were always available to facilitate the close of escrow and get everything done in time. Additionally, they went above and beyond in assisting me with any extra help I needed for the transition to my new place, whether it was searching for instructions to many of the appliances left by the previous owners or offering their office space for the in-person signature of documents.
