As a seasoned Listing Specialist, Alex King has deep roots in the Bay Area, residing in Hillsborough for over 30 years and extending his expertise overseas with a robust network in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Shanghai. With a background in marketing, public relations, and events, Alex excels in building strong client relationships.
Beyond real estate, his entrepreneurial ventures include successfully opening a restaurant in Hong Kong and becoming a general partner in a Venture Capital Fund spanning Silicon Valley to the Asia Pacific region. Alex's diverse expertise and global perspective make him an invaluable asset in real estate. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, he enhances client connections with cultural understanding and accessibility.
Adam joins the team as both a Buyer and Listing Agent, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a unique skill set. With over two decades in the hospitality industry, Adam is adept at providing top-notch service. His competitive nature drives him to excel in every aspect of his work, whether it’s finding the perfect property for a client or negotiating the best deal.
Outside of work, Adam is passionate about Jiu Jitsu, where he teaches and competes out of Redwood City. What truly sets Adam apart, however, is his genuine desire to help and protect others. He finds immense satisfaction in guiding clients through life’s biggest decisions and takes pride in giving back to the community that has given him so much.

Ele is the Co-Founder of Cullinan Luxury, launched alongside Alex Tai in 2020, and has been at Keller Williams since 2013. As the team's Director of Operations and Lead Designer, Ele merges operational excellence with creative vision, fueled by over a decade in the fashion industry at Nordstrom, where she mastered client service, aesthetic innovation, and a signature “can-do” energy.
Her leadership has helped shape Cullinan into one of the Bay Area’s most dynamic luxury real estate teams. A skilled relationship builder, Ele is known for her ability to lead with grace while executing with precision.
Originally from Los Altos, Ele’s deep understanding of the Peninsula market stems from years living across many areas of the Bay. She balances her professional focus with a vibrant family life alongside her husband, two children and three puppies.
Anne holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She brings a strong combination of business and law into the real estate industry. With an emphasis on business and negotiation, she accentuated her natural talent in creating solutions. With her legal background and business acumen coupled with negotiation expertise, Anne is a valuable resource and facilitates her clients through the real estate process seamlessly.Whether she is working with an investor or a traditional home buyer, she can pinpoint key elements that should be carefully considered according to their needs. She is patient with her clients and not afraid to go the extra mile. Anne works hard to make sure her clients are comfortable with their investments. Anne enjoys indulging in good food and good company. She resides in Burlingame with her husband and loves everything the Bay Area has to offer, from the beautiful surrounding trails to exemplary fine dining.
